2nd Annual Lavender Fest Youth Chess Championships!

This is a special tournament taking place at Lavender in the Village Festival!
This is an unrated tournament. There is no USCF membership required.
Each tournament entry comes with two tickets to Lavender Festival, which will be emailed to you on Friday July 6th.

Deadline to register is Thursday, July 5th at 11:59pm.

• Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishing youth players.
• This is a fun tournament mostly directed at youth players and players below 1000 rating strength.
  
• Adults are welcome to play, but the tournament director reserves the right to deny entry to players whose playing strength is known or deemed to be above the level targeted for this tournament.
• All players will play in one large section.
• We will play five rounds in this tournament.
• Clocks will be set for game in 15 minutes per side.
• Tournament check-in is from 10:00am to 10:15am (please arrive to park and shuttle or walk to Lavender Festival by 9:30am).
  
• Check in closes promptly at 10:15am.
  
• The start times for each round are:
  Round 1: 10:30am, Round 2: 11:05am, Round 3: 11:40am, Lunch from 12:10pm-12:40pm, Round 4: 12:40pm, Round 5: 1:10pm
  Trophies Awarded at 1:45pm.
