Two trial weeks (January 29th and February 5th) If after the two week trial you want to sign up for the rest of the clubs, sign up and pay for the 12 week program. Then email [email protected],and we will refund you for the two weeks cost.

Description

During the first two weeks of chess club, beginner students can try it out, learn how the pieces move, and decide if they want to sign up for the full semester. When beginners are working on piece movements, returning players will play rated games and work on puzzles.

After the first two weeks, beginner players can sign up for the remainder of the semester.

On Saturday, March 21st at UNM in the Student Union Building, players can compete for the school chess team in a large team tournament.

Restrictions

Participants must be entering 2 grade or higher.
